Usage::

  dirac-admin-allow-site [options] ... Site Comment

Options::

  -E  --email <value>          : Boolean True/False (True by default)

Arguments::

  Site:     Name of the Site
  Comment:  Reason of the action

Example::

  $ dirac-admin-allow-site LCG.IN2P3.fr "FRANCE"
